Our wedding coordinator gave her a minute-by-minute schedule of the event, and she stuck to that schedule but she was also flexible when we ended up adding in a father-daughter dance halfway through the reception (even though my dad had originally said he didn't want to do one). Schquita got members of my family dancing who I have never seen on a dance floor, and played every single song we asked her to include (and nothing on the no-play list).
